YES!!!!! Lily, that's so great he absolutely *glows* (heh, literally, the way you've painted him.)

Love the expression, the sneer , the robes (all those buttons! Referring to your patience, not innuendo!), the background (Green rulz!), the magic swirls, the rune in the background.

LOVE the overall impression it gives... like everythings a surreal nightmare and there's just his face holding you back to the ordinary world (both for us and the HP characters) in its contrasting harshness

Might want to keep an eye on the hand in future pics - make sure it's interacting with whatever he's holding although the colouring is brilliant

But his hair!!! - Lily the hair is your piece de resistance!!! All those little strands mussed up - YES YES YEEEESS! It looks absolutely perfect!!!
